Stated aim of project
the Compagnoni-Fenulli quarter is a meaningful example of urban and social requalification of a previously degraded quarter.
ACER carries out active programs of social mediation and has adopetd new methods to involve inhabitants in the planning process through the agreement on a "contract" between the subjects that inhabit and live the quarter . At the same time the renovation project uses innovative technologies aimed at environmental sustainability through water saving, reduction of electromagnetic pollution, heating from pavement, natural summer ventilation and shading.
