Financing Social housing after the economic crisis
CECODHAS organised in September 2009 a seminar entitled “Financing
social housing after the crisis”, which brought together practitioners and a
nalysts from across Europe. This publication brings together the
presentations held at the abovementioned seminar in the form of short articles.

CECODHAS -20 years promoting access to decent
and affordable housing for all celebrates the work of CECODHAS
and its members over the past 20 years.
The report presents what has been achieved since 1988 and the
context in which it happened, but also describes
the pressing need for our work today, the changing European context

Breaking down the barriers.
Social Housing for People with disabilities
CECODHAS to mark the European Year of People with Disabilities the report catalogues the many and innovative ways in which housing associations, companies and co-ops are breaking down the barriers to liberate disabled people across the European Union.
