Stated aim of project
Considering the chronic lack of maintenance of the building stock and the urgent need for reconstruction and effective management in Bulgaria, the project aims to create a sustainable system of instruments for reconstruction, management and maintenance of the existing housing stock in condominiums.
Thanks to this project, renovated pilot building has been awarded Certificate class A for energy efficiency of residential building. It was measured that after renovation heat consumption decreased with more than 50%.
