The project aims to reduce energy consumption in the social housing sector at European level, helping the tenants to minimise their energy impact in providing them with information on their own consumption and in bringing personalized advice enabling them to appreciate the positive or negative influence of some of their actions.
The approach suggested recognizes the great diversity of the living conditions and of culture in the European social housing and does not try to define a single strategy.
