The 2007 The Irish Council of Social Housing biennial national social housing conference, held in September, focused on how social housing can provide housing options right throughout peoples’ lives. Issues such apartment living in social housing, how to integrate sustainable energy initiatives, promoting neighbourhood management and delivering housing options for older people and people with disabilities were explored.
