The German association Deutscher Verband is currently preparing anINTERREG IV B - project „Urb.Energy: - Energy Efficiency and Integrated Housing and Urban Development Actions”.
Fields of interest in this project cover the themes of energy efficient urban rehabilitation of large housing estates, public buildings, old town / innercity, office buildings and have a strong focus on financing instruments, participation of owners and stakeholders and the elaboration of local energy concepts.

The 1st Call for Proposals is expected to be launched the very early beginning of 2008. That also means, that only with the launch of the 1st Open Call for Proposal we know the exact requirements of the application, forms etc.
