Questionnaire to CECODHAS members: The Norwegian Federation of Co-operative Housing Associations (NBBL) in co-operation with the Norwegian public authorities, is carrying out a survey to map successful elevator-projects in the existing housing stock. Our final comparative report on best practice projects, national public regulations, economic incentives etc., accompanied by a handbook about how to motivate residents in housing co-operatives in Norway to decide in favor of a costy installation of elevators will be available for the CECODHAS members from 2009.
