Eligible Countries: France, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Malta, Cyprus, Slovenia, Spain, but also Croatia and Montenegro
Eligible activities: dissemination, support to network, exchange, pilot actions…
Eligible partners: State, regions, local institutions, public organisations, parks, civil protection, training institutions and research centres, professional organisations and other public equivalent bodies.
Budget: 250 millions € over 2007-2013

Eligible partners: National, regional and local public authorities, such as ministries, regional governments, provinces, municipalities as well as their departments and related public agencies; Public equivalent bodies, such as regional development associations, innovation and development agencies and foundations. Private institutions including private companies.
Budget: 231 Millions € over 2007-2103
