The Newtown Co-operative Housing Society applies the international cooperative

services and willing to accept the responsibilities of membership.
Applicants for membership seeking co-operative social rented housing will, first,
have been assessed as being in need of housing (or re-housing) by the relevant
local authority (City Council) and included in a waiting list for social rented
housing. The cost of this housing is subsidised by the State and the rent paid to
the co-operative housing society is related to the income circumstances of each
member/tenant. |
