The object of the housing co-operative is to give people and especially young
persons access to dwellings irrespective of their economic and social position.
This is done by mobilising prospective home owners to join a co-operative system.
A special feature of LLOC NOU co-operative is that it does not build uniform
standard dwellings but rather enables the members to adjust their flat to their
individual needs. This is seen as one of the pillars on which the co-operative is
based and is of special importance for persons with disabilities. |
